of flight training from an authorized instructor and at least 10 hours of
solo flight training.

Obtain a third-class medical certificate.
No person who holds a private pilot certificate may act as pilot in command
of an aircraft that is carrying passengers or property for compensation or hire.

Minimum of 50 hours of cross country pilot-in-command.
Minimum of 40 hours of actual or simulated instrument flight time,
including 15 hours of instrument instruction.
